On behalf of a prominent international player in the food industry, paSearch is URGENTLY looking for a Senior HR Assistant.

Job description
The senior HR Assistant supports the HR Business Unit Manager in the daily activities and provides administrative support for a variety of HR processes. He or she is the right hand of the HR Manager and is instrumental in the success of the HR organization.

The HR Assistant has day to day contact with HR people in- and outside the Business Unit, in order to collect relevant information. Contributes to selected HR projects. Pulls reports out of the HR database, manages and analyses HR data requests on an independent basis and reports monthly. Coordinates (and collaborates with) the secretary for daily support, coaches the secretary on specific HR related issues. The HR Assistant organizes meetings and manages the agenda and e-mails. Makes travel arrangements and prepares presentations.

Qualifications
Candidates should have five years hands on experience in HR context and management support. The ideal candidate is business and service orientated. Dutch mother tongue or perfectly spoken based upon experience. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, preferably also in French or Spanish.
